OnlineBound Podcast Episode 12

How to identify work addiction and achieve a healthy life-work balance

October 20, 2021

In this podcast episode, I’m speaking with my therapist, Laura Bishop. We talk about the fine line between work passion and addiction, giving yourself permission to take a break from the work you love, and the danger of letting your productivity define your self-worth.

We aren’t just talking theory, but actual strategies and mindset shifts that need to happen so you can be a happy, healthy business owner and continue showing up for your clients as the best version of yourself.
