OnlineBound Podcast #75
Sarah Morgan on teaching English meaningfully
April 23, 2026
After burning out at her teaching job, Sarah Morgan fell into the same trap as many online teachers – too many hours for too little pay. It wasn’t a solution – it was survival.
She realized it wasn’t sustainable and started taking small, important steps to build a business she’s proud of. Even though the learning curve was steep, it was worth it.
By using the tools in the Smart Teacher’s Library, she was able to face her fears and overcome negative thoughts. Now she has a waiting list of students eager to work with her.
