OnlineBound Podcast #77
Linda Riolo on building a sustainable business to prioritize motherhood
May 21, 2026
Linda joined the Smart Teacher’s Library in 2018. Eight years and two children later, she has found her niche and a new way of working that allows her to prioritize motherhood.
Her podcast had already become successful when she became pregnant with her first child. She knew teaching 1:1 wasn’t sustainable, but was afraid to let go of that approach.
Through coaching, she changed her mindset and developed her first asynchronous program. Now she feels voice chats are often a better teaching approach than 1;1 for many students.
